In March and June of 2006 I collaborated with Amy Skezas in teaching a series of classes called Earth Healing, Self Healing. Amy taught a subtle energy bodywork called "The Golden Body" (www.roselight.com), and I focused on our ability to re-establish the flow and balance of the Five Elements in Nature, in oneself, in groups, and for the community.

These tracks are an abridged version of my teachings during those seven days. They include the didactic presentations, some questions and answers, and meditations, or journeys, to the elements. My hope is that, with careful listening, you will begin to embody the highest virtues of the elements and become a vehicle for healing in your life.

I invite you to take this as a step toward establishing a new relationship - a sacred relationship, based on the movement of the Five Elements - in Nature and in yourself.
